Why smallness and checkability are the strategy

HumaAid has made two deliveries. We say so plainly, because a short record anyone can verify is worth more than a long one nobody can.

Staying small lets us publish every allocation, link every transaction, and keep the record readable by a person, not just an auditor.

Each new delivery is added the same way, so trust grows one checkable line at a time.
